Physical fitness courses

Our coaches possess expertise not only in volleyball but also in physical fitness, allowing us to tailor our course planning to focus on specialized areas and seamlessly transition between them. We prioritize designing physical fitness programs that are most suitable for each student based on their age and individual condition, facilitating a quicker transition to advanced training and ultimately enhancing athletic performance.

G9-G12 Boys Group Class Program

The youth men's team is led by a coaching staff equipped with the most professional and scientifically based training methods. In our group sessions, students not only learn individual skills but also team integration. Attitude and technique have always been the core teaching philosophy, as we believe that a positive practice attitude accelerates skill development. Currently, training sessions are held every Saturday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. This is a long-term training program that has seen our students participate in several competitions over the past few years. We welcome students who are eager to improve their understanding of volleyball teamwork and participate in competitions to join us.

G9-G12 Girls Group Class Program

The coaching staff provides the most professional and scientifically based training, including periodic friendly matches and participation in official competitions across Taiwan to accumulate practical experience. This is an ongoing program with training sessions currently scheduled every Sunday afternoon from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m., ensuring continuity. We aim to create a conducive environment where students can continuously improve their volleyball skills beyond the school volleyball season. We welcome enthusiastic registrations.

G6-G8 Boys Group Class Program

We offer a group training program designed specifically for 6th to 8th grade students, scheduled every Sunday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Through solid fundamental training, we help students develop proper techniques and cultivate lifelong exercise habits. The program includes essential skills such as passing, spiking, and receiving, combined with specialized physical training and simulated matches to comprehensively enhance students' athletic abilities and teamwork. Additionally, we will organize friendly matches and participate in domestic competitions to boost students' confidence and refine their skills through real-game experience. Join us and let your child grow healthily and happily under professional guidance!
